Michelle Keegan started as a freelance court reporter after graduating from Champlain College, in Burlington, Vermont, in 1991. She is currently licensed to work in Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and California. She has demonstrated her commitment to excellence in the field by becoming a Registered Merit Reporter, Registered Professional Reporter, Certified Realtime Reporter and Certified Livenote Reporter. As a member of the National Court Reporters Association, the Massachusetts Court Reporters Association, the California Court Reporters Association and the Connecticut Court Reporters Association, she has stayed abreast of the latest advancements in technology in the field of court reporting.
Michelle has traveled overseas as a court reporter for depositions in complex cases where accuracy and high-quality transcription are mandatory. She has the capability to provide daily expedited transcripts within hours of the completion of a proceeding. Rough transcripts can be provided immediately upon the conclusion of a proceeding.
As a Certified Realtime Reporter, Michelle provides wireless realtime technology to attorneys and has several loaner laptops available upon request. She is also capable of providing Livenote Stream over the internet.
Michelle is proud to be an active participant in the Veterans History Project through the National Court Reporters Association. She currently resides with her family in Quincy, Massachusetts.
